- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Many customers especially brides want quotes, but I enjoy consulting first. I want to help them choose correctly and help them save money. For example, as a Latina many of my people arrive late so if my bride knows guests won't make the cocktail hour then let's cut back on your appetizers by half.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attended De Paul University and Cordn Bleu Culinary School. Worked as a pastry chef, line cook, and catering manager.
