I spend every morning reading about trends and current events in the food and wine world.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Hospitality has always been ingrained in me. Making people smile through food and wine is what keeps me going. There is no bigger reward than seeing a table fall silent in reverence for the food and just savor the moment of what they're tasting. It's an irreplaceable feeling.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Consider the kind of party you are trying to host and find the best team for you. I am most geared towards intimate dining experiences for relatively small groups (Around 15 people maximum)and certainly couldn't provide a service for something like a large wedding banquet. If you are looking to have a relaxed evening where the cooking, drink selection and cleaning is all taken care of, then my service is definitely for you.
