- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lesson Fees: $75 / hour $55 / 45 minutes $40 / 30 minutes I will provide customers with my policies/payment methods and promos prior to our first lesson.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to chat with a new customer over the phone prior to our first lesson to understand what they would like to achieve with music lessons. Each lesson is tailored to an individual’s skill level and set of interests. Our first few lessons will consist of evaluating a student’s skill level, practice routine, and then creation of a lesson plan to achieve goals. Each lesson will build upon concepts from the lesson prior. Reading materials will be provided for our first lesson and then lesson books will be discussed thereafter.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors of Music Degree in Professional Music from Berklee College of Music. My emphasis was on voice, piano, and contemporary writing and production. In addition to my contemporary studies, I am a classically trained vocalist and pianist, with over 15 yrs of professional experience. I enjoy teaching aspiring musicians how to utilize the updated tools and techniques necessary to flourish in today's ever evolving music industry. I am constantly reviewing and updating my teaching strategies and techniques with new and effective studies.
