Introduction: I do non-toxic detailed cleaning for residential and post-construction. I also provide dog walking services. I employ my 18-year-old daughter, Shelby, for this duty. She is wonderful with all pets. She is even available to exercise horses. She is an avid rider and a great barn hand, if in need.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide all my supplies and equipment. I go by the size of the home and the detail of work needs to have done. It also depends on the different services outside of just general cleaning the client may want. I am willing to negotiate but still being mindful of what costs I have to spend to get the job done right.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to do a initial walk thru of the jobsite before a price is given. Once that is complete and qoute is agreed on I can get started when date is agreed upon. I prefer to do an intial clean to get the home where I can keep it maintained.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My prior background is a Veteran of the United States Coast Guard. There I learned attention to detail that I use daily in my profession. I am to please my clients but I'm my worst critic.
