Introduction: Dear Potential Client, Integrative Fitness has been the main focus of my professional career since its inception eight years ago.  Whether developing athletes, youth, seniors, or other populations, my approach has always been the same throughout.  As individuals, humans need to understand how to use and express their mind, body, and soul through the use of their physical body.  I have found this is naturally achieved through the use of strength training combined with aesthetic movement and this is the training paradigm that I promise to bring to training sessions During my years of coaching movement and teaching exercise, I have always found the greatest benefit to the client to be overcoming events they thought were out of their reach, essentially without even knowing they did it.  My ability to recognize a pupil's perceived limitations as well as their actual physical and mental abilities is how I facilitate this type of growth.  Discipline, patience, and attention to detail are the traits that have enabled me to consistently help my pupils attain their goals.   Much of the information needed to optimize these traits could not be garnered without proper communication and genuine concern for their well-being. The number one focus for my pupils has always been to create long lasting changes within their lives outside of the gym.  This occurs through the general benefits of exercise such as becoming physically stronger, having more energy, or sleeping better at night. However, what I live for is the neurological changes from overcoming a difficult experience.  Watching a pupil flow through a task and accomplish something they have been striving for is one of my greatest joys in life. This passion, consciousness, and humanity is what I have to offer my clients. I know in my heart that my experience, coupled with my integrative approach to fitness, will be a perfect fit for any ability level or client demographic. If you have any questions about my brand of train please feel free to message me and I will be happy to answer. Thank you for ready and good luck on your fitness journey. Sincerely, Matt Palozola, NSCA-CSCS, ACSM EP-C, Crossfit L1, USAW-CC I chose this career path because Personal Training and Strength Coaching will never feel like a job to me. Watching people improve their lives through developing better movement patterns and higher levels of fitness is what I live for.

I hired Matt for personal training after participating in a few of his group Cross Training classes. Though I had experience with running and dance, I had never lifted substantial weights before and needed help getting past my initial intimidation. I liked Matt because he was positive; he is not the kind of trainer who uses yelling or insults as motivation. Every session he got me to do more than I thought I could, and that really encouraged me to look forward to strength training. In the 6-8 months I worked with Matt we developed a good working relationship, and my overall fitness and confidence improved. I learned a good set of basic warmups, lifts, and conditioning exercises, but also tried many things I would not have done on my own, like rowing, kettlebells, etc. I would highly recommend him as a trainer.
