Introduction: I really take the time to LISTEN to my clients needs and address them. If they want to run a race, look good naked, get through any injury. I have the knowledge and the experience to address their needs. I love being able to help people reach their goals! They come in saying they can't but want to do specific exercise or goal & I make it a reality. Because I answer only to my clients I can move at a pace they need or want.

Malcolm is a fantastic personal trainer. He developed a customized workout program for me that helped me not only get in a great shape (after having a baby), but also increase my strength and energy. He also customized it for my lifestyle, needs and wants, without sacrificing long term results. He has experience training people with injuries and has helped me get over my own injury. The workouts are never boring. And yes, you will have a muscle ache after the workout, but all of this will be well worth it at the end. As a person, Malcom is very professional and friendly. He doesn't only deal with physical aspects of exercise, but helps with mental aspects like motivation. If you need a great personal trainer, Malcolm Henry is your guy!

I worked with Malcolm a few years ago when I lived in NYC. He's one of the main things I miss about living in NY. He was so knowledgeable, especially about my chronic knee problems. He was always giving me new things to do so it never, ever got boring and he was always aware of how to work with my knee pain. He also really cared and became my friend too. I've tried a couple of trainers since and there's no comparison. I quit after a few sessions. It just made me realize even more how good Malcolm is. I lost fat and built muscle + felt amazing. If you want to work with someone who knows and loves what he's doing, is fun to be around and will get you in to the best shape in your life, then work with Malcolm. You will not be disappointed.

Malcolm is an incredible and extremely knowledgable trainer that knows the body very well. I worked out with Malcolm twice. Both times were great. I had a weak right ankle and came close to developing tendonitis in my left patella before I worked out with Malcolm. He prescribed a set of stretches that really helped me loosen up my calf muscles and my IT bands. Those stretches helped me get back to playing volleyball, and served as a tool to keep the tendonitis at bay. In addition to the workout, Malcolm takes time to stretch you out at the end of your workout. This really helps with recovery, and I think Malcolm is the only trainer I've heard of who's consistently done this for his trainees. Working out with Malcolm is tough, and great. I had just been getting back into the routine of going to the gym when I found MH Fitness. I can say confidently that it was a great decision on my part to get professional training advice. If you're on the edge, I would definitely give Malcolm a go.

AWESOME! I trained with Malcolm for rehab when I had knee surgery. After a few months, my knee felt great - and still feels good!
