- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to get pictures of inspiration. It's easy to go from there. We will get together at the client's convenience and try as many looks as needed to get what they want.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All walks of life. I've done mature makeup, little flower girls, Halloween makeup, prom makeup on teenagers, makeup on men, models, and just regular women. I'd say my main clientele is female aged 18-40 but I will do makeup on anyone who will let me!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How much? Do you charge for travel? Do you have an assistant for bigger parties? What products do you use? How long does it take? And anything else that matters to them.
