Introduction
As a former U.S. Marine, I have studied and learned from the best. I do basic methods to warm up your body, get in fat burning zone and keep it going for as long as you desire, followed by a cooling and stretching exercise.
I also offer short H.I.T. sessions and muscle building, and motivating gym workouts. We set your goal, and get an initial BMI Body fat % and track your progress.
