Not too long ago my wife began the conversation like this: "Bob - as you know we have both really enjoyed this home, 'our dream house.' We picked the lot, designed and built the house and it really was a dream come true. However, it is now more home than I can take care of. Do you suppose we could downsize and find a place about half this size?" Well we did. We sold the home we had really enjoyed and found a great new place just about exactly half the size of the old place. That is the good news. The other part of the story is that the new place needed more than just a few things repaired. We needed the services of a professional home repair person. Our needs have been met very well with Jim Manning and Manning Services. You will be really very pleased with Jim's work and his professionalism.

I hired Jim to paint our spare guest room.He painted all the walls, closet and ceiling. He was very professional in taping and covering everything that could not be moved from the room. It took him around 8 to 10 hours to tape and double coat everything., While there my garbage disposal began leaking and he also replaced the old one with a new one I purchased. He did that in about 45 minutes. I highly recommend Jim to anyone who needs a handyman.
