Introduction: I'm an interesting blend of behavior design, psychology, and Eastern wisdom that stems from the yoga traditions. I think behavior design and yoga compliment and fortify each other. As yoga seeks to increase introspection and insight, behavior design ensures that we also move forward on the level of action.
I love working one-on-one with people and witnessing their inner transformation. I love creating space and facilitating their insights, but also moving them into action. Insight and action go hand and hand, and I use that principle in both my yoga and coaching practice.
