Introduction: ARCHITECTURE / INTERIORS I want people to understand first that it's proven that properties show faster and sell for higher prices with professional imaging, so keep that in mind. With architecture & interiors my images stand out because of attention to styling, detailing, post-production, and lighting (which brings out clarity and details). See Before/After examples here: http://goo.gl/MtYfSD Depending on the project I also incorporate tilt-shift lenses (which are extremely expensive and provide accurate renditions, with perfect vertical and horizontal lines) without distortion or "key-stoning" (buildings that look like they're falling away from you). I also always shoot with a color card in order to deliver images with accurate colors. (this is critical for interior designers and products). The majority of my clients are high-end and their imaging runs a bit more than "pop and go" photos (because of the time involved in setting up/staging, lighting, and shooting one interior image can take 40-90 minutes alone. THEN there can be anywhere from 30-90 minutes to complete that one image in post-production. Just one "dusk" or "blue hour" exterior photo (between shooting over a 1 hour window with lighting) and post-production can take about 3-4 hours alone! You can see examples of this on my site's "before/after" photos here: http://goo.gl/MtYfSD Now, if someone is looking for budget photos, I'm able to provide those without the use of staging and lighting, through an HDR process (or blending different exposures). When documenting an architectural project (for history or sales, leasing) why would you risk having "average" photos? CORPORATE & PORTRAIT With corporate or portrait photography I take the time to get to know my clients before I even pull out my camera. Good imaging involves not only great technical skills, but a connection to your client, understanding THEIR needs, and a creative eye. INDUSTRIAL / ON LOCATION / ANNUAL REPORTS One distinct advantage I bring to these projects is the fact that I owner a successful luxury and commercial development & building company for over 20 years. I understand projects, marketing needs for leasing & sales, and how to tell a story with photos of staff, sites, and surrounding environments. I've been there. Knowing how and why things are designed and built are very valuable when delivering digital assets to any fortune 500 company, or small business. RESORT / GOLF / HOSPITALITY I am fortunate that at a young age my family owned and operated one of the Top 35 Best Western Resort Hotels in the world, in the Rocky Mountains. This upbringing allowed me the ability to learn how resorts operate profitably, what is important to guests, and how to deliver a pleasant experience to all involved. Along the way, I also not only taught golf at a private country club level, but played golf professionally over many years. Its the unfortunate experience (or fortunate) of a full-time playing career was ended due to a shoulder injury, and lead me into the world of photography. The entire creative process (whether its architecture, portraits, or food) is always fascinating and the real payoff is when a customer is happy and their images help them with their project goals. Its a rush.

If you're looking for one of the best photographers in Arizona, look no further. I worked with Mark while handling the PR/Marketing of a chain of 13 sports bars in Arizona. Mark shot interior/exterior shots of all 13 locations, as well as created virtual tours for Google. He was incredibly professional and easy to work with. He was flexible with scheduling and quickly turned around amazing shots. He was incredibly knowledgeable and worked hard to make sure we got shots that showed the best aspects of our restaurants/bars. He also handled all of the submission of the virtual tours, which was greatly appreciated since we had never done anything like that before. I would highly recommend Mark for any photography job.
