I was a long time care giver for my husband who was on dialysis for the last 8 years of his life. I dialyzed him at home for the last 3 1/2 years of his life and this was EXTREMELY stressful. I would see Michelle on a regular basis and she helped with the stress of that and the stress of my job. I can't imagine how I would have gotten through all of this without Michelle releasing the tension in my body every few weeks. She helped me from getting sick and from getting more stressed out. After seeing Michelle for almost 20 years she knows my body and feels my tension and tightness when I didn't know it was there until she started massaging the area. I highly recommend Michelle ... she's also a good person and gives back to the community.

Michelle has been working on my back for many years. I always feel great after her massages. My back feels like it's full of concrete when she begins and she works the kinks out. Four years ago, I had surgery involving running wires down one side of the back and she knows just how to avoid them and still work the back properly. Her deep muscle massage, which I love, is perfect for my needs. She always asks what I need for the week and then works on that. Michelle is personable. She will have discussions or not, depending on your preferences. But she is always professional.

Michelle is really familiar with the human body. She knows just how to work out any soreness or any aches and pains that you have. She takes her time and is very thorough during the massage. Every body part is reached and you feel very very relaxed at the end of the massage. I am big into exercise, and the need for the massage routinely is extremely important. Staying on regular schedule of massages with Michelle has helped relieve any soreness due to exercise and has helped avoid many injuries. I strongly recommend her as a massage therapist.

I had a massage with Michelle yesterday and it was delicious! The space is peaceful and quiet and the energy was great. I relaxed which was a blessing and slept like a baby last night! I highly recommend her.
