Introduction: I am a NYC based photographer, specializing in family and professional portraiture. I love to capture what makes a relationship between family members unique. Whether it's a portrait of parents and children, siblings, couples, grandparents, or large and small families, my goal is to create a portrait that illuminates the special bond between family members. My other specialty is portraiture for use on professional and dating websites. Before becoming a photographer, I worked for over 20 years with top NYC portrait and fashion photographers as an editorial stylist for fashion and lifestyle magazines. I styled hundreds of photo shoots with nonmodels as well as celebrities. One thing I learned is that there is not that big a difference between celebrities and everyone else when it comes to having your picture taken. We are all human; each with our own set of insecurities in front of the camera. My experience has taught me how to make anyone feel comfortable and beautiful when being photographed. I seek to incorporate my stylist's eye and sensibility into my photography. My services also include styling, hair and makeup advice if requested.
