FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you want to use paid advertising models (e.g. AdWords, Facebook Advertising, Bing Ads, etc.), you will pay the actual click costs plus a monthly management fee based on your overall budget. If you are buying the local search marketing or search engine optimization service, you will not have any click charges, but you will have a monthly management fee based on the size of your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Online marketing is constantly changing. You cannot stay away for very long before something important is switched up. That is difficult for small businesses. It is hard to keep up with all the changes. I keep up with the changes to give my customers an advantage over their competitors who are still trying to do it themselves.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My first jump into online marketing was an attempt to help my church attract new visitors. The world wide web was too young and there weren't enough people online in the town where the church was located. The audience was very small. At the same, I was able to help a handful of my friends using the web to advertise their services to a nationwide audience. Now that almost everybody is online, generating business from a local market is much easier than it was almost two decades ago.
