Manisha Moore has catered my birthday dinner party on multiple occasions. Every time the experience has been amazing. I am not sure if there is a type of food that she has not or can not master. We have asked her to make everything from papaya salad, pasta, spring rolls and even soups. (My favorite is her lobster bisque but her Pho is also to die for.)
She is always professional and makes planning the menu exciting, if you want to be involved. She can even assist in helping you chose an appropriate wine to pair with your meal. You can tell she loves to cook and puts a lot into even to something as simple as a salad.
My friends who attend my birthday parties are always beyond impressed by the meal. I can confidently recommend her to anyone who is looking to have an event, big or small catered.

I myself am a cook, so I'm happy to give two thumbs up to Manisha. She REALLY cares about her food and how it should taste and be served. I don't like to go to restaurants much, but I would follow her anywhere. Keep doing what you do because you are great at it :)

I look forward to stopping by Misha's Cafe because I always find fresh, delicious food served with a smile and a friendly greeting. The quality of the dishes is outstanding and made exactly as I like it. The flavors compliment each other in unique and mouth-watering combinations and the presentation is a work of art. Manisha Moore treats me, and all her customers, in a way that satisfies my appetite, my comfort and my well-being. I would not hesitate to recommend Misha's Cafe to anyone who enjoys delicious food served in a friendly welcoming atmosphere. Superb!
