I'm 67 years young and I have been a client of trainer Wesley Pulphus and Mobile Fitness Professional since mid 2011! I'm an active cyclist but I attribute my successful navigation of and instant recovery from the invariable falls and trips that come with being a senior to the stretching and flexibility regime that he puts me through twice a week. I feel better knowing that i can fall and can still get up! His recommendations for new exercises and stretches have been very helpful in eliminating previously achy joints in the shoulders and knees. He is knowledgeable of the physical fitness requirements of seniors and knows how to incorporate his martial arts expertise into fun fitness regimes.

Wesley was my trainer after a difficult surgery. He was a terrific trainer, sensitive to my needs and flexible about how we got to the goals. He motivated me in a warm and caring manner. I got results, growing stronger and fitter and losing weight. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer.

Wesley has been my personal trainer for about 3 years. I do not really like exercising but he has developed a plan that if I follow my physical health is greatly improved. He has introduced me to a process that he uses that involves boxing and martial arts which is physically and mentally challenging. He designed the sequence for my level of interest and level of mental and physical fitness. So this changes as I improve but stays challenging and I am learning to have a lifestyle that naturally involves fitness. He is an excellent trainer with patience but also keeps you focused on internal and external fitness.

Wesley is a caring and knowledgeable professional. I have upper and lower back problems, and a weight problem, and Wesley makes sure to not over work or hurt my bac, but still give me a good workout. He pays attention to my strength and weaknesses and gives me the best workout for my needs. He works on the attitude and underlying reasons why I am not successful in weight loss.
