My husband and I have worked with Scott for over four years! He is a terrific trainer, and keeps the workout varied (for example, he started a pool workout when my husband got in a rut). Always sensitive to our particular issues, Scott is as good if not better than a physical therapist and really works on fine-tuning our occasional back, knee, and shoulder problems. We both are definitely in better shape for having worked with him, and he takes alot of care re the balance between cardio and weight workouts, core and specific muscle groups. Scott is very knowledgeable about nutrition and takes a holistic approach to health with his clients. He is prompt, conscientious, and has a good sense of humor. We have worked with many personal fitness trainers and he is a stand-out. We recommend him highly.

I am a bit of a personal trainer/group fitness instructor “junkie”, and have participated in countless group exercise classes, small-group fitness endeavors and one-on-one personal training. Scott is by far one of the most knowledgeable, competent and committed individuals that I have encountered in the fitness arena. Not only that, Scott is genuinely passionate about what he does. He is truly invested in the success of his clients and it shows. His approach is structured, to each of his clients’ individual goals while always being mindful of the balance between mind and body. Full disclosure, Scott Vanderwarf is my brother, so I'll stick to the facts. In just six months twice a week safely workingout with Scott's personalized fitness training my waste is two pant sizes smaller and I've more than doubled my muscle mass.
