- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices range from $100 to $5000 because we can do the very basic informational website to the more elaborate and intricate eCommerce website with thousands of products and variations of each product. And everything in between!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we have a free consultation where we ask all of the important questions to go over their business goals and expectations to determine what the right combination of features will be needed for their project. Then we provide them with a recommendation with pricing on each element and give them options along with an explanation of what's (in our opinion) a necessity and what can be put off to a later upgrade in order to meet their budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our line of work is much like a doctor's profession, it's an ongoing education process. Technology and people are always changing and if you don't change with it, you will be ran over by it! However, we don't just run along side it, often times, we are running a couple of steps ahead of it because we're always thinking about what would make our customer's life easier, faster, and BETTER!
