Our intitial 5 star training requires at least 50 hours of interactive training, hands on traing with another technician for at least 4 weeks, and ongoing training forever.

Introduction: Chem-Dry has all of the advantages of steam cleaning but none of the disadvantages. Cleans well, dries quickly(usually in 2 to 3 hours), and stays clean longer(does not use soaps or detergent). Chem-Dry is Drier, Cleaner, Healthier.

I needed someone who cold clean my carpets asap. I have just finished training a puppy and by the looks of my carpet that was quite evident......I live in a very small apartment on the 3rd floor so finding someone to provide this service to me was becoming a hassle, many places we charging to much and had limited time slots available; which frankly doesn't work for me and my schedule. I ended up placing a request on Thumbtack and promptly received a very fair price quote from Mr. Chem Dry, after I hired them their office contacted me to set up an appointment. They fit me in exactly when I needed them! everyone I have worked with in this process from Daryl who responded to me on Thumbtack to the nice receptionist who called to schedule my appointment and finally to Greg who came to my home to complete the service was phenomenal! I will be using them again in 6 months when carpets need done again and I will also be recommending their service to others! I am one satisfied customer!
