Rosalind and another young lady arrived on time and had one cleaning pail with little cleaning supplies. She stated that they don't bring mops and brooms for sanitary purposes. Which I thought was a little weird. Rosalind stayed in my 10x10 kitchen for approximately 2 hours, wiping the cabinetry and wiped the top of the range and micro-wave. The other lady was in the bathroom most of the time and half cleaned the shower doors. I had to ask them to clean the 2 windows in the room and they only did one. Half dusted . Did not remove books off the shelf to dust appropriately.Use most of my products . She never said I had to have my own products. I had to go behind them to go over some of the cleaning and it still was not better. She wasted a lot of time in the kitchen doing nothing for 2 hours and then stated they were done. I asked them to clean the computer desk, also had to tell them to clean up the surrounding area around the desk. Never got rid of the dust I asked them to do. They did not have the right products to clean properly. They charged 60.00 and it was not worthy. Disappointed and will not use them again.
