Serving Jersey City and Manhattan (Midtown West), I enjoy nothing more than teaching new violinists and reintroducing old violinists back to their beloved instrument which they have so longed to pick up. I enjoy teaching children because, in many ways, they are like a blank slate, but I love teaching adults because they can progress at a very fast rate, already having the math basics needed such as addition and what a fraction is. My favorite violin students of all are those who are eager to learn and dedicated to succeed. All it takes is the decision to learn, the willingness to do so and the time to practice. I get along with almost everyone, but if you're not sure we're compatible, you're welcome to try a violin lesson with me before deciding to sign up for lessons.
