Les came to my home on a Sunday, spent a great deal of time inspecting EVERY nook and cranny. Helped us to realize that what I thought was a rat, was actually more likely a mouse problem. Even identified the possible entry/exit of the critter into my walls. He was fast, detailed, expedient, responsive, and overall, a great experience! You won't regret using his services!!
