- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated at all. Our catering prices are per person. No extra fees. Pay half to reserve and the remainder 10 days before your event with your final numbers. Other services we book for you are billed to you without mark-up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We read about cooking and trends constantly and we eat at all the wonderful restaurants in Chicago. It's a tough job but someone needs to do it.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Personal life events... weddings, graduations, birthdays, housewarmings, family reunions.
