FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When hiring a designer, it is important to think about your current needs as well as the scope of potential future projects. Can this designer accommodate a variety of styles, skills, and deliverables? Does the designer have a reputable presence on the web? Do they have favorable reviews? Are they personable, confident, experienced, trustworthy? Are you impressed with their portfolio? Do you like their work? Do you feel comfortable interacting with them? Will you enjoy working with them? You should be able to find answers to some of these questions first by doing some research on the designer. By visiting a designer's website and/or other network/community profiles they may have established online, you should be able to get a good idea of what services they provide, their level of professionalism, their background and experience, and the nature of their creative process. You may further get to know about the designer by, of course, interacting with them, whether by email, a telephone call, or a chat online. If the designer is a good fit for your project needs, you should not only be impressed by their creative talent, but by their professionalism and customer service as well.
