- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a complicated pricing system, because of my experience my rate is higher (but in line with norm for private and corporate yoga in NYC.) There is a discount for first time clients!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As my service is customized for you- it's important to have a phone call to be sure we are a good fit, and to answer your questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes- mostly I have been improving my mindfulness meditation practice and education. In 2013 I attended a six and half week long silent, meditation retreat. We "sat" for about 10 hours a day, alternating sitting with walking med. practice and interviews with the teachers. It was a very meaningful experience.
