- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is about average. I don't have any extra fees. What you see is what you get.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first talk to the customer and find out exactly what they need from me when caring for their animal(s). I am very open to what their needs are for the pet. If there are any adjustments they want, customers shouldn't hesitate to ask.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had my own extensive personal experience with caring for animals, going back 25 years, that I believe qualifies me as a very competent animal caregiver.
