- How did you get started doing this type of work?
While growing up, my mother was a vegetarian caterer and working and I would assist in making items to deliver to clients. Through the years with all of us girls cooking everything from scratch, I loved to cook at at 19 I knew that becoming a chef was perfect for me. I ventured into the field and learned ever aspect to be able to run a successful restaurant, catering business and private events company. I wanted to be able to make an impact with the talents I have and this seemed to be the perfect fit for me loving food the way that I do.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I love what I do. Down to picking ingredients for the next menu to coming into a new clients home, I love the industry inside and out. It is always amazing how each event there is something new we explore or get excited about. A craving that sets up to creating new dishes from a clients favorite ingredient or a color that is incorporated, a children's thyme party done up to the nine. We are ready for all of it with talented staff to walk beside you the whole way through. You do not have to contract out multiple service companies when you come yo us. We can assist you with everything which for me came from peace of mind seeing so many walk away confused or overwhelmed from previous companies I worked with. I want people to be at ease once they have chosen us and to allow us to take the pressure off so that they can truly enjoy their event.
