No Complaints Cleaning Solution

Introduction: We have been in the housekeeping field for years, starting by working for hospitals and offices five years ago. Also, during the last two years, we have been working for a well-known cleaning company in the valley where we acquired excellent experience for housecleaning. That's why five months ago, I decided to launch my own cleaning business to satisfy mostly those picky customer who were very difficult to please. We are mastering the detail and fast-paced cleaning, always double-checking to ensure there are no complaints from the customer, that's our primary goal: to deliver quality and affordable cleaning for all. Below is a summary of the basic tasks we perform when cleaning a home: *Living, dining, bedroom, office areas, hallways, stairs, entries, etc. • All areas including ceilings and walls dusted -- on top, front, and sides • Cushions and pillows fluffed and straightened • Hard surface floors swept and wet-mopped • Carpeted floors vacuumed • Glass tables cleaned • Picture frames dusted • Lamp shades wiped down or dusted • Blinds dusted and hand-wiped, if needed • Telephones sanitized • Waste receptacles emptied, damp wiped, and liners replaced by demand • Smudges removed around door jambs, push plates, light switches, glass partitions, counters and unobstructed work areas • hand-wiped door and door frames, handles, glass *Bathrooms • All surfaces dusted and sanitized, as needed • Sink scrubbed, rinsed and buffed • Fixtures cleaned • Tub and/or shower thoroughly cleaned and rinsed • Toilets disinfected inside and out, including base and behind • Vanity top cleaned • Mirrors cleaned • Floor vacuumed and mopped and scrub when applicable We also vacuum couches and the crevice edge of carpets and small vacuum unreachable areas like those under heavy furniture * Kitchen Areas • All surfaces dusted and sanitized as needed • Countertops and backsplash cleaned • Sinks scrubbed and rinsed and buffed • Floor vacuumed or swept and mopped • Outside of appliances cleaned (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, etc.) • Inside of microwave cleaned • hand-wiped knickknacks •Table washed
