- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Learning about the company and their needs in credit card processing services, analyzing their current program and offering an improved one, what fits better their needs and a better cost at the same time. Helping with all installations, introducing to the new online reporting systems, making sure merchant completely understands the process and comfortable with the new processor. Helping with the annual PCI Compliance certification. Following up with my clients on a regular basis. Always available for help and assistance via phone, email, text messenger.

Over 14 years of experience in the industry. All certifications and education completed with First Data, TSYS, HPS.
