- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have a passion for health and wellness and I wanted to positively impact the people and places that surround me.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I most commonly do group sessions of about 10 people and we gather and do a 45 minute to a 1 hour session. I also do a plethora of private sessions where the sequence is specially designed for that individuals body.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Yoga and Fitness are personal practices, so its not about keeping up with anyone buit yourself.
