On Budget:
At Jeno Design, we know that no one likes a bad surprise! So after the free initial design consultation and getting the details of the project, we always give you a firm price upfront. And if there comes a change in the scope of the project requested by the client, we will always notify the client of any additional charges before proceeding with work, so there will never be surprises that leave a bad taste in anyone's mouth.
We Hear You:
Jeno Design offers a free initial design consultation. Yes, we know lots of companies do that, so what makes us so special? Well, we are not sales people, and we vow to never upsell you any services that are unnecessary just to put money in our pockets. At this initial meeting, we are there to hear what your design and marketing needs are, and we are not stingy with our expert opinions.
If we identify that you would benefit from doing something other than the design for now, we will not be afraid to let that be known. At Jeno Design, we believe that honesty is the best policy, and a happy potential customer will most likely be a loyal client in the long haul!
