Our school recently switched our payroll company to On-Time Payroll. Carmen, George, and Tina made the transition process from one payroll company to the other very seamless. The customer support is exceptional. If you call On-time Payroll you will never receive a voicemail. There is someone on the other end always to pick up your calls and help you with anything you need. The system they provide to enter payroll is very easy to get a hang of. It takes me about 5 minutes to send in the payroll every other week. Over the years we have switched payroll companies a numerous amount of times. We have now found a payroll service that we love and we will stick with. No more changing payroll services for us! Thank you to everyone at On-Time Payroll for making my job easier!

Carmen and her staff are wonderful! I've been with On-Time Payroll since 2008 and can't imagine working with anyone else now that I've had the best! They take care of all my payroll needs and keep me up to date on what I need to know. Thank you On-Time Payroll!

We have are a small business and have been operating for two years. On-Time Payroll was recommended to us by a friend who is a senior accountant. She has worked with On-Time for several years. We were very fortunate to have contacted On-Time. They are very responsive to our questions and quick to resolve any issues that come up with our weekly payroll. Transmitting the payroll is simple also - just an email. We have worked with Carmen, George, and several other employees over the two years and are very satisfied that they know they're business.

Have been a client since On-Time payroll opened! Wouldn't think of changing payroll services. Great customer service. They are always on top of any new laws/regulations. Always available to help with questions or concerns that might come up.
