Me and my babies have done 3 sessions with Kat and they have improved so much. Originally I only wanted training for my baby Boomer, but she was also very helpful with my other dog, Tubby as well. She worked and played with both of them, she taught Boomer tricks such as sit, up, and down, and helped me work on Boomer's behavior towards other dogs. He isn't the smartest dog to work with and I feel like he has ADD most of the time, but Kat was very patient and worked around his difficulties. My biggest problem with Boomer is that he would always whine and bark when he saw other dogs. She told me it was because he was anxious and excited to see them, and not because he has aggression towards them. Kat even went on walks with me and the babies to give me tips on what I'm doing wrong and what I can do to improve Boomer's behaviors. We walked up and down my whole street numerous times just so I could practice walking Boomer correctly, and learn how to handle his excessive barking/whining towards other dogs.

Kat Nolasco is the best!! Affordable and caring loving training. I have great hope for my dog because of her. I thought I was going to have to euthanize him but then met Kat.

Kat helped us recognize our pups issues immediately and practice tricks to be sure our pup is not out of control. We would recommend Kat to anyone looking for a trainer. She travels to your location and she is great at finding solutions for doggy behaviors. Fun, outgoing and very professional when it comes to training a dog at any age. We had a great time training with Kat.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently I'm an undergrad mojoring in Psychology/ Animal Behavior. Through out my experience as a professional dog trainer, I have worked under and shadowed many well known Dog Trainers/Behaviorists in LA. Canine Psychology is a never ending study & til this day, we are always learning something new from Man's best friend.
