Louann Wilcock is the owner/operator of LouannDesigns. She has been a graphic designer since 1986, web designer since 1994, building hardware since 1999, and focused on online education since 1997. A lot has changed over the years, but I keep up with the trends, follow best practices and continually evolve. I never rest on my laurels! Perhaps this is what I enjoy most about the field; it is never boring! I like to bring my clients along, educate them to the tool they are going to have, and focus on calming any anxiety that comes with new technology. I am a card carrying member of AARP; in other words, I empathize with the confusion that those of us in that age category have moved towards the changes we've encountered in the last twenty years. My DVD player still scares me! BTW, the travel information doesn't go far enough. I don't mind traveling, but once we are on the same page, I like to do a lot by email and telephone. I like to keep it as green as possible! And I really will explain things to your comfort level.
