I have a home security system that was not cooperating with my network. Jeremy came to my home and although it was something he had limited experience with I was surprised that he had taken the time before he arrived to call the manufacturer and learn details about the system. This shows an unusual degree of professionalism in his work ethic not found in most I.T. businesses in my experience.
In short order he resolved the connectivity issue and even made some improvements I had not even considered. I could not be happier with the service and attention to detail with Jeremy and know his business will grow if he attends every customer with the same excellent service I received.
