Introduction: I am currently seeking new job opportunities. My most recent employer was Insight Global in Charlotte, NC where I provided Windows XP/7 on-site hardware/software support for Shutterfly Corporation, supporting over 200 desktops/laptops. I have valuable experience in all facets of troubleshooting, installations and maintenance for various desktop operations, hardware, and software. My prior employment with Unisys Corporation equips me to offer you an exceptional mix of training, knowledge, experience, and professionalism. As you'll see on the enclosed resume, I have worked on several contracts within Unisys for over 23 years. I am MCP, A+, Net+, Lenovo/IBM, Dell and HP certified, with experience in many areas of computer administration/maintenance. I have worked with hardware/software, including all versions (95 to XP) of Microsoft Windows/Office for servers/workstations, UNIX, and Novell/Microsoft networks. My strongest skills are supporting end user problems (i.e. helpdesk and deskside assistance) relating to all Microsoft desktop operating systems, Microsoft Office, third party software, and hardware peripherals. I am also strong suited as a Microsoft/Unix server administrator, presales support technician and a documentation specialist. I have authored several installation and procedural guides. My experience makes me a highly efficient technician, with the ability to handle many projects/calls simultaneously. I have held positions as a group/team leader, overseeing site support technicians.
