There is nothing worse than being out smarted by your computer. I have had a great experience being helped by Shaye Bigelow who owns and manages PCPRONW.COM. (Pcpronorthwest). What I really like is the Remote computer diagnoses and fixes as I watch my "personal IT " manage my problems on my computer and give me a report.,, After trying to figure out my computer problem myself with some frustration and using up valuable time, it took Shaye a few minutes to get me and my computer on track again. The most helpful people in my life is a good Doctor and a great IT. I have been lucky to have been using Shaye's expertise as " MY IT" for a couple of years. . Life is good!

I am a small business owner running my company out of my home. I booted up my computer one morning only to find I didn't exist in my network and could not connect to the internet. Not a good situation for running my company and doing online banking etc. A referral led me to PC Pro and Shaye Bigelow. Called on a Wednesday, Shaye came to my home the next day and had to take my PCU back to his office to run diagnostics. He returned my machine Friday with all systems go after finding and quarantining corrupted files. I lost no files my computer was just as it was prior to the snafu. He also cleaned things up to increase the speed of my machine and I have a lightship again. Total 5 Star service, Shaye even followed up twice to make sure I was having no problems. I don't often run into people that deliver this level of service and followup, he is a total pro and knows computers inside and out. I recommend him without reservation, he will not disappoint.

We don't take our computers to a shop (not convenient & don't have the time) or call anyone but Shaye now. We haven't found any problem that could stop him and that says a lot when one call can take care of anything that comes up for us. He's done graphic design and designed built our web sites and is getting ready to create another, and he'll come up with ideas we never would have thought of. Very fair on pricing and a Very easy and personable guy to work with too. Super honest, we don't have to be there as he has keys to our offices and others in the area. Highly recommend! Edit: forgot to mention he just set up a camera in our main office that could be monitored by cell phone 24/7 through the network he set up.
