I have used Kevin Laux quite a few times for my computer issues. He is prompt, thorough and really knows what he is doing. Kevin will sit and explain to you what he is doing and why? I am really impressed with his knowledge and his awesome customer service skills.

Kevin was great! Easy to work with, quick to respond, and worked with my schedule all at reasonable rates. Having a day job it was especially helpful that he could pick up my computer after 5pm and return it the next day before 8am. Highly recommended.

I am constantly following and learning the latest technologies. I continuously work toward IT related certifications. I have certifications from Microsoft, Comptia and ITIL and I am continuously working on more.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been proficient with computers, and I have always done computer work both professionally and for family and friends.
