- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It would be impossible to have a set price as every client requires custom different services. We do our very best to accommodate the budgets and needs of every client no matter how big or small. If your only requirement is a basic setup with a DJ or hosting services, that can be arranged.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our clients are our first priority. In order to satisfy your entertainment needs, we need to know the specific needs of our clients. How big is your venue? How many guest will you be hosting? What is the age, general culture and musical taste of your guest? How long will you require our services? Will there be any special set request such as projectors, video screens, curtains, lighting, staging, cordless microphones? Do you have any special music or artist request? Would you be interested in having live entertainment? Comedians, singers, musicians, etc? What is your budget? Are you prepared to leave a deposit to secure the date? These are very important questions that must be answered in order to meet the needs of our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our entertainment staff are the best of the best. They have toured worldwide and performed with many world renown artist such as The Artist Formerly Known As Prince, Beyonce', Patti Labelle, Whodini, and many others. They have performed at convention centers, arenas, clubs, radio and concerts around the globe.
