Introduction: Our main focus is on vacant residences such as apartments, homes and condos that need to be renovated to an extent for future homeowners or renters. We currently paint for a variety of realty owners on the south side of Chicago. We are able to keep our prices to a minimum for our customers because for one, they keep us busy with continuous work and for two, many of the homes or apartments have very little or no furniture for us to move around, since 95% of the residences we perform our service at our completely vacant. We go in there, throw out any leftover trash or furniture, wash walls, prep and prime, and paint everything up to make it presentable for the new owners.
