Introduction: Palm Beach Maid offers weekly and biweekly service with a dedicated cleaner every week or every other week. We can also offer on-call service for customers who only need service occasionally. As well as move-in/move-out cleaning, or vacation rental unit cleaning. We are licensed and insured, and all of our cleaners are employees by Palm Beach Maid; no independent contractors. Our cleaners go through a background check and training. We arrive at your house with our own cleaning equipment and products, but are happy to use yours if you'd like. Your cleaning appointment will be tailored to your specific needs to make sure that we only spend time on cleaning areas that are important to you. Besides our regular service, we can also clean sliding patio doors, change sheets, wash and dry sheets, do the dishes, etc.

We started using Palm Beach Maid about 6 months ago when we moved to Wellington. We scheduled our move-in cleaning with them but they did such a great job that my wife decided to hire them biweekly. Wife could not be happier and she's not easy to please. Would recommend them to anyone. Great company.

Hi Jennifer, I talked to you on August 20 and you asked to come out to your restaurant for a walk-through and quote on August 29. However you marked your project as cancelled and hired a different company on August 20. I called and left a message to see if you still needed me to come out but have not heard back from you, so I simply assumed that you no longer needed me to come out.

Didn't finish to clean!

Hi Graziella. We did a move-out cleaning for you on Feb 4 and you're writing a negative review about the cleaning nearly a month later. You were not present to inspect the cleaning and had the neighbor let the cleaner in who spoke absolutely no English. At the time you were out of town or out of the country. You made no attempt to even call me once you came back in town to allow us to go back to touch up anything the cleaner may have missed. Your cleaner was there for four hours and your review of "didn't finish to clean" is simply not true. If she missed anything we'd gladly come back and redo. I called when you left this review and you hung up on me for no reason. I was simply giving you a call to see how we can arrange for a touch up service. We are a professional business and take great care of our customers. Your review does not reflect us as a company. Thank you!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our cleaner will do a new customer walk-through on the initial cleaning to discuss anything specific to the customer's house. Our recurring weekly and biweekly customers will have a dedicated cleaner assigned to them and it's always the same cleaner coming for each cleaning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My wife and I have been in the cleaning industry for 18 years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of our customers are recurring weekly or biweekly customers. We have older customers who can't physically clean the house anymore and need a reliable service company. Some customers juggle kids, after school activities and two jobs and prefer not to spend their free time cleaning the house. We service real estate agents, vacation home owners, etc.
