As a provider of desserts, we keep up on newest dessert and cake techniques. I am also a member of the American Culinary Federation and International Cake Exploration Societe.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been baking since I was 10 years old. I have also been loving candy since then. I have had formal training in baking, pastry, and culinary arts that helps with this line of work. Paradise Confections is a member of the American Culinary Federation (ACF) and the International Cake Exploration Societé (ICES).
