- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system for services is based on the level of service required by the couple. For example, I typically will meet with the couple one time face to face, meet via telephone up to three times, and officiate the wedding ceremony for a flat fee. However, many couples request premarital counseling, participation in rehearsals, and reception. In such cases as additional face to face meetings, phone meetings, pre-marital counseling, participation in rehearsals and receptions are requested, additional fees are added to the flat wedding ceremony flat fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I like to learn as much as I can about the a new customer as I try to customize my services to their special day. I will schedule one (1) pre-wedding face to face meeting with the couple and up to three telephone meetings. I DO NOT invite other family members and friends to this meeting. Upon request, I will meet with the couple and other participants.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a seasoned Christian pastor with over 10 years in the wedding business as an event planner, director, and officiant.
