What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a member of ASID, it is required that we obtain continuing education credits to maintain our membership; but I am always attending trade shows, events and lectures.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice would be to keep an open mind to new ideas and thoughts and enjoy the process - its the process that brings successful results.
