What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Dance Shows / Choreography - Ask what the clients want including the styles, song preferences, number of dancers, themes, etc. - Figure out the extra expenses that might occur including transportation costs, studio rentals, and so on. - Give the clients quotes regarding the details from the clients. - Be responsive through out the process For Private Lessons - Ask what the clients' goals are from taking private lessons and how many people will be in the classes - Give the clients the rates - Book studios that are convenient for the clients - Conduct the classes
