- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have different prices according to a project specifications. There are jobs that are more demanding in design and others include more programming. We provide an estimated flat fee per project as well as a very detailed scope for the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an introductory meeting or conference call with the client in order to discuss the project details & scope. We provide estimated pricing and a demo mock-up so the client knows what to expect. After that, we closely work with the client providing frequent updates
