Personable Chef

Introduction: Hello! My name is TJ Parker, and I've been working as a private chef for just about two years. I've worked for a few families and have enjoyed being more of a personal chef. I have plenty of restaurant experience as well; that keeps menus interesting for entertaining. I also find it enjoyable to be able to accommodate a client's needs. I would say the style of cooking that I follow is always fresh and inspired by the season. I have a strong ability to follow recipes and also enjoy baking, whether breads or sweets.
