- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices start at $25 per hour and go up to $35 per hour depending on the task, labor and distance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet with new clients either in person at a coffee shop or in their home. If the client is male, it is my policy to bring my husband along for the first visit for safety purposes. Once I figure out what the client's needs are, I suggest a game plan and set my price according to the work that needs to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
41 years of experience/living, on the job training with each client varies in a number of ways. I have taken a Time Management Course as well as having the ability to multi-task. My clients expect results they can see clearly and that is what I give them.
