Dan has been committed, punctual and proactive with my training program. He always has answers to my questions, has a good understanding of principles of fitness, training, injury prevention and treatment.

Dan is a good trainer. He makes workouts productive yet enjoyable. The hour just flies by with so many machines and good conversation. He varies the routinues; so, I do not get bored with the same workout. Also, I know the more sore that I get after a workout the better it was. Thanks for the last 9 months. Looking forward to reaching a year of working out.
