Boot Camp with Blake at Body Transformations is THE BEST work-out concept! In a 1 hour session, Boot Camp provides strength, cardio, and stretching for overall fitness and health for maximum fat-blasting! You never get bored because each session is a different routine. Blake makes it fun but challenging.

Blake's Boot Camp is one of the best things you can do for yourself. Over the past two years I've lost 20 pounds and at the age of 51 I look and feel better than I ever have. Try it and you'll be hooked.

Blake's Bootcamp Class is really a great training/fitness class to join. I have been going about 3 years and it is just as much fun now as when I started. Blake is a professional and knows his business. I would highly recommend trying it out.
